Return to the nursery?
RETURNING POTS IN EXCHANGE FOR DISCOUNTS, VOUCHERS OR CASH
In an effort to avoid plastic waste and reduce the amount of new plastic consumed by our business, we encourage customers to hold on to all plastic pots, labels and bottles used to package items from our nursery. We offer a discount on your next purchase in return for the plastic - no minimum or maximum order. Vouchers or cash back available in limited circumstances to cover large returns, and/or at owners discretion.

OUR GUARANTEE
We guarantee that we've set you up for success with the quality of our seedlings. If our products fail for no clear reason, we're happy to help you get back on track - read our terms and conditions here.
Clear reasons as defined by us: animal interference (e.g. digging, eating), human interference (e.g. playing, knocked over pot, or standing in the garden), insect/bug damage, hail/weather damage, or extreme sun exposure/underexposure and /or extreme underwatering/overwatering that contradicts our care advice.
REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
Lost a few of your seedlings within 7 days of purchase, and can't see a clear reason why? Don't worry, it's on us - we'll get up to 3 similar replacements to you within the next 14 days, or give you a voucher of up to $7.50 (seedlings valued at $2.50 each - applies to vegetable and flower seedlings only - herbs, roots, shrubs, trees, and seed packets not included). No receipt needed - but we do need a photo of each plant, in or next to it's Cicada Seedlings pot.
Did 4 or more of your plants fail to make it? More work may be needed to help you succeed next time. You can still let us know which three seedlings you'd like replaced, but we encourage you to contact us to book a brief troubleshooting appointment instead - this service comes with free replacement of up to 8 seedlings - see our services for pricing.
RETURNS
Just changed your mind? That's okay! You've got 48 hours from the time of purchase to return your seeds or seedlings to the nursery in good condition, still in the pot and not damaged (applies to all live products - compost tea not included). We reserve the right not to accept returns that can't be re-sold, upon inspection. Delivery fees paid previously are non refundable, and pick up fees may apply for change of mind returns, at owners discretion. No receipt needed.
